Removal of Travel restriction for passengers from six African countries due to new COVID 19 variant
The travel restrictions imposed on travelers arriving from South Africa, Botswana, Lesotho, Nambia, Zimbabwe and Eswatini to Sri Lanka have been removed with effect from 10.12.2021.
All travelers to Sri Lanka should follow the guidelines issued by the Director General of Health Services of Sri Lanka from time to time, which are updated by the Embassy of Sri Lanka and the Government of Sri Lanka on the following link:
