Expressions of Interest (EOI) are hereby called from reputed International / Local firms with proven experience of over 10 years in online lottery implementation & management either globally or on a national scale. The Company must also be able to demonstrate and establish sound financial strength and capability for the entire investment and complete operation of the online lottery.
Properly sealed EOI application should be sent by courier or registered post with the top left-hand corner of the envelope marked “Mahapola Online Lottery” and addressed to the Chairman, Ministry Procurement Committee, Ministry of Trade, No 492, R A De Mel Mawatha, Colombo 03, Sri Lanka or hand delivered at 3rd Floor, Ministry of Trade, No 492, R A De Mel Mawatha, Colombo 03, Sri Lanka on or before 28.02. 2022 1500 Hrs. (standard local time).
