H.E the Ambassador attended the  03^rd Lumbini International Tripitaka Chanting ceremony in Lumbini

H.E Air Chief Marshal Sudarshana Pathirana, Ambassador of Sri Lanka to Nepal attended the 03^rd Lumbini International Tripitaka Chanting ceremony in Lumbini on 03^rd March 2024. The ceremony was inaugurated by Hon. Narayan Kaji Shrestha, Deputy Prime Minister and Home Minister of Nepal.

The auspicious ceremony was hosted by All Nepal Bhikkhu Association and co-hosted by the Ministry of Culture, Tourism and Civil Aviation, The Lumbini Development Trust, Lumbini Buddhist University, Provincial Government, Local Municipality, International organizations (ITCC and LBF), IBC-India and Thai Dhammaduta in India-Nepal.

The ceremony was attended by Most Ven. Bodhisen Mahathero, Sanghanayaka of Nepal, Most Ven. Gunaghosa Mahathero, Deputy Sanghnayaka of Nepal, Lyarkal Lama, Vice-Chairman of Lumbini Development Trust, including others.
