Please note that with effect from 1st of January 2018, those who apply for a Sri Lankan Passport trough this Mission on or after 1st of January 2018, it is mandatory to provide biometrics to the Department of Immigration and Emigration upon their first entry to Sri Lanka. The departure from Sri Lanka will only be allowed upon completion of this requirement.
No payment will be required for this process.
